By commission me means you have read and agreed to my Commission ToS

• I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.
• Commissions will be posted on my social media unless commissioner asked not to.
• If you are not the commissioner of my arts, you are restrictedly prohibited to use my arts in any ways possible.

HOW TO ORDER

After I confirm your queue in my commission thread, please send me the commission brief through my twitter DM @sayremin
You have 2 days to send the form otherwise your slot would be forfeitedCommission Form
Type: (commission type)
Character(s): (visual references only, additional design will have additional cost.)
Pose/Expression: visual preferred but can be written (I don't mind if you give stick-man drawing for ideas--)
Background: (colour? simple details? heart shape? fish shape? trees? foods? etc.)

☛ PAYMENT

• I accept Paypal (USD only) / K-Bank (THB)
• Payment is either upfront or after sketch approval.
• Invoice will be sent to you after I received and approved your commission form. Payment must be made within 24 hours, otherwise the slot would be forfeited.
• REFUND will be given only if I have not started the commission or if I offer to do so (ie. I fail to deliver the work within 3 months.)

☛ PROCESS and Edits

• I start working after received the payment and go through the queue.
• WIP will always be provided during each process. (*except some small commission type).
• I will allow drastic/major edits only during "sketch" process. After that I'll allow only minor edits. And no more after I finished the work. So please make sure you have clarify what you need and what I should avoid before submitting the form.

☛ REPOST & RE-UPLOAD IN YOUR PERSONAL SITES

• You are allowed to upload the commissioned arts in your own sites without asking for my permission.
• Please consider and I recommended for you to upload a smaller size that includes watermark of your own to avoid art thief.

☛ PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE

Personal Use - This means you are not allowed to use the commissioned art from me to gain any revenue. For example: gift, set as wallpaper, for your own personal fiction/story (that doesn't publish in any sort of coin/money donating platform.), for role-play etc
Commercial Use - Please discuss with me before commissioning. Example for commercial use: Fiction cover, art to be use in V-tuber/Streamer channel, Art to be printed on merchandise, any uses to gain revenue.

• ทางเรามีสิทธิ์ปฎิเสธงานคอมมิชชั่นใดๆที่ไม่สามารถทำให้ได้
• งานบางชิ้นจะนำไปเป็นตัวอย่างคอมมิชชั่นบนหน้าเว็บไซต์หรือโซเชียลมีเดียร์ของเรา หากลูกค้าไม่ต้องการสามารถแจ้งทางเราได้
• สามารถเช็คประเภทงานที่ รับ/ไม่รับ วาด ได้ที่หน้าข้อมูลคอมมิชชั่น (Commission)

ขั้นตอนการจ้างงาน

1. หลังจากเราตอบรับการจอง slot คอมมิชชั่น สามารถส่งบรีฟมาทางข้อความทวิตเตอร์ @sayreminโดยใช้ฟอร์มการจ้างงานดังนี้:
- Type (ประเภทคอมมิชชั่นที่ต้องการ)
- Character(s) (รูปภาพตัวละครที่ต้องการให้วาด)
- Pose/Expression (ท่าทาง สีหน้า ของตัวละคร ลูกค้าสามารถเขียนหรือวาดเป็นก้างปลาคร่าวๆมาให้ได้นะคะ <3)
- Background (พื้นหลังหรือบรรยากาศโดยรวมของภาพที่ต้องการ)หมายเหตุ ลูกค้ามีเวลา 2 วันในการส่งบรีฟคอมมิชชั่นให้เรา หากไม่ได้รับบรีฟภายในเวลาดังกล่าวจะขออนุญาตข้ามให้คิวถัดไป2. รอการตอบกลับ เมื่อเราคอนเฟิร์มคิวและบรีฟแล้วจะเริ่มการร่างภาพ ภายใน 1-3 วัน หรือตามจำนวนคิว
3. ส่งภาพร่างของงาน ขั้นตอนนี้ลูกค้าสามารถตรวจและขอแก้งานได้
4. เมื่อภาพร่างได้รับการตรวจเรียบร้อย กรุณาโอนเงินเต็มจำนวน เราจะเริ่มทำงานต่อหลังจากได้รับการจ่ายเงินเรียบร้อยเท่านั้นค่ะ(* ทั้งนี้หากเป็นงานสเกลใหญ่ (เช่นงานนอกเหนือจากประเภท sketch) จะมีการส่งอัพเดทงานให้ลูกค้าตรวจเช็คอีก 2 ครั้ง (1)หลังกระบวนการตัดเส้นและลงสีพื้น base colour และ (2)เมื่องานเสร็จเรียบร้อย ในสองขั้นตอนนี้ลูกค้าสามารถขอแก้งานได้เล็กน้อย กรณีผู้วาดลืมรายละเอียด และสามารถขอแก้ได้ไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง หากมากกว่านี้จะคิดราคาเพิ่ม ดังนั้นขอให้เช็คบรีฟและตรวจงานโดยละเอียดนะคะ)5. งานที่เสร็จเรียบร้อยจะจัดส่งผ่าน Google Drive (หรือ email หากลูกค้าต้องการ) กรุณาดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ภายในระยะเวลา 2 เดือน ก่อนเราทำการลบไฟล์นะคะ

- +$35 per additional character หากมีตัวละครเพิ่มเติมบวกราคาเพิ่ม 1,050 บาท
- +$10_{20 per additional props (pets, feed, large items etc,) สำหรับพร็อบเพิ่มเติมอื่นๆเช่น สัตว์เลี้ยง, อาหาร, พร็อบขนาดใหญ่ บวกเพิ่ม 300}660 บาท ต่อชิ้น

SKETCH STYLE B : Rough Coloured scene starts 65 USD / 1,950 THB

- +$30_{45 per additional character หากมีตัวละครเพิ่มเติมบวกราคาเพิ่ม 900}1,350 บาท
